I can’t say enough about how helpful and flexible this company was! It was so great to work with them, they stored my new classroom rug all summer because I was stuck in a tough situation. The best flooring experience ever. This is a massive dining room space at our long term assisted living facility. They had a small window of time to complete the job, the crews were absolute pros, they worked around our schedule, crushed it in one day so as not to displace the elderly, the crews worked well past normal hours to accommodate us and they’ve done the same with other parts of the facility so far! Competitive prices equal to other floor installers in the area or a little lower. Good at sales. Use all subs who are not supervised. No accountability. First sub didn't show up several times and called me directly with his life story (had a car issue, had to take care of his kids, doctors appointment, scheduled something else, complaints about Floor Trader )and gave me his card and said he'd do work off the books.
