Probably the worst experience I have ever had while working on my home. The installer did a horrible job - the installer blamed Don- Don blamed the installer. My floor never got fixed. After almost 2 years of trying to get my floor fixed I gave up and paid someone else over $2000 to fix the poor install job. Great selection, friendly family owned store and fair prices. I have used them for two different projects and they do excellent work.
