The Floor Store did a great job on redoing our basement level with LVP. We appreciated Steve, Carolyn and Tanya in selecting the floor, andworking with our schedule to let us paint baseboards and shoe molding ahead of time. It's so much easier to paint when you aren't as worried about getting it on a brand new floor. Jason was great on the installation, did a super job on dealing with the out of square stairs, uneven basement concrete, and flowing the flooring from room to room. I can not recommend this store enough. The owner was very courteous, and the installers were fantastic! Some of the best, hardest working people I have ever dealt with. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We had hundreds of square feet of tile ripped out. I was terrified of the mess it would make. They used plastic and taped off everything.
