We had a great experience with this company. My son threw up blue blueberry vomit all over our light carpet in his room. They were able to get it up no problem and they made room for us right away in their schedule! Definitely recommend!
With 6 kids and a dog, my old carpets had seen better days. Carey was able to schedule me in on short notice. He was prompt, honest, reliable and did a thorough job! It even took a little but longer than anticipated and he didn't rush. I would highly reccomend Floor Seasons to anyone looking to hire a trustworthy, reliable carpet cleaner.
Carey came on a last minute request from me, the week before Thanksgiving, did a perfect job, and then didn’t charge because as he said ‘you are a good customer and you are in the middle of chemotherapy.’ I didn’t know there were people like Carey with Floor Seasons anymore!
I had the entire house ready ie: furniture moved, etc when I realized I had the wrong day! I texted Carey, he had an opening & was at the house within a half an hour. I wouldn't use anyone else. The floors look amazing, thank you!
