The salesman was serving me when he went over to another couple who just walked in and proceeded to look after them and I was left standing there. We walked out and went straight to Choices at East Bundaberg where we were looked after and they got our business.
I cannot thank Josh from Floor me enough ! My experience with Andersons Bundaberg was very much upsetting as Pete did not quote my job correctly. So disappointing the lack of customer care. Very pleasant staff willing to take the time to explain all different options available. I had trouble deciding on which way to go but wasn't rushed at any time.
