Brilliant it is absolutely the best
Rachael was the reason we decided to floor our whole house! Girl needs a raise. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and so easy to talk to, even while we were completely indecisive and bickering back and forth. She made the whole process feel simple and stress free and never once made us feel rushed or silly for changing our minds. Such great customer service and genuinely lovely to deal with.
