Initially chose another large flooring company and accepted their quote . Lay time was weeks and weeks away. Got zero communication from said company. Went to Floor Me. Omg. I spoke with Rachel there. She is amazing. She arrived and measured, and quoted. Better price than first company. Floor lay date was within ten days. Paid deposit, floor ordered, then as per agreement floor was laid on time. I am so happy i went with Rachel at floor me. Her communication and professionalism are outstanding. The salesman was serving me when he went over to another couple who just walked in and proceeded to look after them and I was left standing there. We walked out and went straight to Choices at East Bundaberg where we were looked after and they got our business.

I cannot thank Josh from Floor me enough ! My experience with Andersons Bundaberg was very much upsetting as Pete did not quote my job correctly. So disappointing the lack of customer care. We had to wait two weeks for the flooring to arrive which the night before being laid Pete rang and said ‘Couldn’t get an exact match of what you have - but close enough it’s grey’ (matched concrete look vital) From the space to being quoted incorrectly to the prepping of the floors overlooked,once the flooring arrived which was meant to ... read more
