We’ve worked with Floormaster on two commercial projects, and they did an outstanding job on both. Kevin was very responsive throughout the process and provided valuable expertise and support whenever needed. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. I visited the store intended to discuss with the owner (John) about replacing my floor. A employee showed up, who didn't introduce me to the owner. Instead, he asked me to email them information and they will give me a quote. I therefore emailed my floor plan addressed to John. After a week, received a short email from this employee that he is still working on. After two more week, I sent a second email as a reminder. No more response ever since. Doesn't appear organized.
