Worked with Jason to select carpet for our stairs. He found us a quality product that nicely matched adjacent bedrooms. Price was very reasonable. When it came time to install, Jason had us on the schedule within a week. The installer was efficient, clean, and respectful of the freshly-painted walls of the stairwell. Excellent experience overall.

Jason was incredibly helpful, patient, and dedicated to making our experience the best we could have. We were looking for a very specific carpet and he came through. The installers did a fantastic job, it was important to them that it was done right. I highly recommend Jason and his team for all your flooring needs.

My experience was wonderful working with Floor & Home Carpet One. I worked with Jason, who from the start, was on time, direct, and met my needs/asked my questions. He never tried to upsell me, and gave me his honest opinion on the best carpet for our basement. We were in need of a quick tear out and replacement and he scheduled his guys for a WEEK later - I couldn't believe how quick we were able to get this done. Could not look up my lowes credit card, seems weird. Check out took 30 minutes because item wouldn't scan, cashier was asked to call for he did but no one responded. Another cashier from self checkout tried, no success. FINALLY someone showed up and again had issues. Check out kept growing and no additional checker was called to help. No apologies, no discount offered for wait or coupon for future. Think twice before going to this store.
