Great workmanship – I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and Floor Expo did a fantastic job. The floor tile is perfect, and the granite countertop and backsplash are beautiful. I have been in construction for most of my life and this is the BEST TILE job I have ever seen. Ali even suggested some great colors. You should use them! Bob Wilson

Flooring Wood ,Tile &Counter top. – V.Good Experience Salesman,Installation and Customer Service. On time Installation . Execllent prices. I highly Recomened them. But they moved to 401 n Centeral Expy #500 Richardson.TX 75080. Now. I think there diffrent pepole Saleman very will experience.
You have other choices -- Don't use them – I urge you to please, please, please go to any other store than a Floor Expo chain. They will take your money and leave you waiting. I purchased granite countertops and a backsplash from them with the promise it would be installed within 3-4 weeks. 5 weeks later, I had to delay my move into my new house since they had still not installed the items. Calls to the sales person were ignored for days and no one would give me an install date. The sales person (Ron) was just plain crooked ... read more
HORRIBLE... DO NOT USE – HORRIBLE! I urge anyone checking up on this company to not buy your tile, carpet, flooring or granite through this company. They have horrible customer service, they take forever to finish a job, they destroy property and even allow minors to work with the crews!
