Walked into the store. One female sitting at the desk on her phone. When asked about ceramic tile she directed us to a room. She showed us a tile tree that displayed tile. Without offering any assistance to view the tiles. She quickly tells us there is a better selection of stores in greensboro and she could give us a list of names. We could clearly see ceramic tile in another area as we exited the store. My husband and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Very very poor customer service. Zero!
Excellent customer service! I was in need of an item at the last minute that needed to be custom cut. They were not only able to provide the item, but also in a very short time window. Definitely recommend!

A+ service and great pricing. Start to finish a great experience. They took the time to listen to our needs, showed us some great flooring, and the people working here provided A+ measurning and installation. My wife and I can't be more happy.
If I could give them a 10, I would. Down home professionals. Installed new flooring and carpet in main rooms front of 1978 house. Fast, efficient, personable crew and great service after the sale, i.e., moved and wrapped a huge piece of leftover carpet for sis and I. Thank you Allen! I will definitely refer Floor and Designs. Ya'll r the BEST!
