He did the floor of our new church and did an amazing job. I’ve seen his craftsmanship in other peoples homes and it is excellent. He is however only one person with a small crew. It is not for lack of desire that he may not follow-up.
We have been waiting for 2 years for them to come and fix the defective flooring that was installed by them and still waiting. Laure came once a year ago had a look, told me how PROUD he is, said they would come and fix the floor but still waiting. There is another flooring place in Three Hills and if I could have a do over I would never go to Floor Den unless, nope not for any reason.
