We came to pick up the rest of our floor to this store from Rancho Cucamonga and the Pick up took more than 45 minutes and almost an hour. I called the store prior to arrival to ensure the pallet was ready. I checked into the front and the female worker told me to check into around back with a nasty attitude. You are greeted by several associates and always ensuring that you're being addressed and your needs are being met. This is a far cry from the lack of service.I experienced at lowe's hardware, it seems management at lowe's is focused on internal stuff and not on the client.
