You are greeted by several associates and always ensuring that you're being addressed and your needs are being met. This is a far cry from the lack of service.I experienced at lowe's hardware, it seems management at lowe's is focused on internal stuff and not on the client. I will be shopping at floors and decor in the future.And will recommend them to family and friends..

Great experience with everyone at the store in helping us out. Used their design services. Ela was very helpful in mocking up our bathroom to better help us make a decision. Highly recommend.
Design supervisor- Briana Velarde was extremely helpful. She made the experience so much easier in order to choose materials for the renovation of our bathrooms. Highly recommend the location and request for Briana to assist!
