It was first time shopping at Floor and Decor, and it won't be the last. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He handled a challenging situation with ease. He a keeper!! I will definitely return for future purchases.
Great selection, but rude and unhelpful staff. Especially rude guy with dreadlocks and gold capped teeth. I try to avoid this place whenever I can.

what a great place! The selection is the biggest i have seen in the Cleveland area and the service is par to none! "T" greeted us at the door and asked if we needed any help...you dont see customer service like this anymore...after she answered some of our questions, she asked Trey to show us more products. Both Trey and T were amazing, thank you for all your help, if your looking for flooring, look no further and go to Floor and Decor.
