We went to Floor & Decor to replace our countertops and backsplash. They used a third party called Cabinet Express/Sage to source and install the countertops, and the experience couldn’t have been worse. Floor & Decor is an extremely dishonest company that refuse to stand behind their product. We brought our house plans and specific door we were installing in the living room to the pro desk and bought and installed the specific flooring (100 percent waterproof, lifetime warranty, and the most expensive Optimax), the specific threshold (plastic so again 100 percent waterproof), and the specific underlayment in the exact way they advised us to install it and it failed due moisture in under a year.
