My husband and I came to Floor and Decor looking for tile for two bathrooms. We were so impressed with the selection and organization of the store. We were even more impressed with Douglas who spent hours with us helping us pick out tile and made sure we had each and every piece and product we needed to complete the job. The Floor & Decor store is a DYI flooring and tile specialty store, which also carry bathroom features. They carry floor installation tools, adhesives, and cements. Everything is well laid-out in the store, neatly organized. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I was greeted promptly. I showed the tiles I had placed in my cart. Geovan helped me find the tile and placed it on my cart making sure they all matched manufacturing runs. He then took me to pick out matching grout. I give this store 5 stars for its employee and selection. Thank you Geovan for your kindness.
