We went to floor and decor to find a nice backsplash for our kitchen, our rep. Olive helped us out while we were there. She gave us great service and suggestions on what backslashes would look great as our countertops are very busy.
I recently bought some tile here and Alejandro did an amazing job helping I really liked the experience I had, he was really cool.
Had a great experience, found the perfect floor that we wanted at a great deal. Michelle really helped us out making sure we got all of the material we needed and helped us match it all. She worked with us for a long time making sure we got all we needed, always with a smile and very kind. Great experience, will be coming here again for other projects for sure.
Incredible...!!! Customer Service!!! I've worked in customer service for over 30+ years as a Firefighter/Paramedic and it's been a very long since I've experienced this type of service.
