Very good customer service.
I went in this morning to pick up an order, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. When I arrived, she didn't even say 'good morning' because she was busy on a FaceTime call and didn't seem to want to help me. Fortunately, someone else stepped in to help, and I was able to get my order quickly. However, the lack of professionalism from the first person was unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and proper attention. I really hope management improves this.
Jessica and John were absolutely fantastic with assisting me in my flooring purchase. They were very helpful and thorough with the promotions and items needed to make my home perfected Thank you very much to the two of you. Much appreciated.
