Great experience! Staff was very helpful. James and another employee were super helpful. Her name started with an S and she manages the decorative tile dept. I can’t remember her name (sorry) but they were both great. Would definitely come back.
We’re in the middle of a bathroom remodel and walked into Floor & Decor completely clueless about where to start. Thankfully, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Sandra, and she was incredible from start to finish. Rude employee at the greeting station Inquired about shower enclosures prefabricated showers. Looked as if what are you talking about we don't carry that. And then I inquired about the bathroom tile this is a floor and tile store so it's scattered throughout the store so help like that's never needed I will not be back in your store again
The ops manager Cory is probably the most helpful person I have ever worked with in a retail space. This man should be running his own store. His knowledge of installation and products is second to none. If you need any help with your flooring or bathroom remodel PLEASE GO SEE CORY!! These employees are not commission based yet he helps you every step of the way as if you are paying him as an advisor. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this man helping us out with our whole house remodel.
