I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Floor & Decor, thanks to one outstanding employee, Kirsten Crowson. She was incredibly helpful, very kind, and bilingual, which made communication easy and comfortable. She gave us all the time we needed, patiently guiding us through the process without ever rushing or letting us feel unattended. Her dedication and warmth truly stood out. Highly recommend her service!
The 1604 location is one of the better stores. Clean and staff is helpful. Courtney was amazing! Fast and efficient. Thanks for your help loading!
