I could mention that no one picks up the phone except the Pro Desk. I could mention that sale items will not be priced correctly on the website thus requiring an in-person order. I could mention that the manager's answer today only blamed IT for online price discrepancy. What is most important to mention is Gina in Design and Carlos in Pro are the saving grace to this store. Carlos absolutely apologized for the experience then went excelled in handling my list of annoyances. I really do appreciate!
Kailee was fantastic! I did not come in with an easy request and she handled everything with confidence and patience. She’s so personable and helpful! Great customer service!

Hello Everyone! I don't usually take time to do these reviews but I felt compelled to warn all of you against doing business with this establishment. Last year we bought hardwood floor from them for our Kitchen--A couple of weeks ago an Appliance Repair Guy scratched our floor and I wanted to see if we could repair the floor instead of changing the whole thing--I called Carlos there and he was very nice and said our floor was discontinued but he had a couple of boxes that we could come get them--He said that since our floor ... read more
