Abby greeted me kindly and eagerly then quickly found a designer available to help without an appointment. Irma G. Looked at my photos and listened attentively to my budget and schedule constraints. She showed me several options that met my needs, then quickly put together a complete package that exceeded all expectations. Very pleased. Excellent work all around.
I had the most wonderful experience at Floor Decor Fullerton. Abby was helping with the design for our bathroom, she has great taste and so helpful. Then I got lucky and met Jim, the manager, and he’s very knowledgable and thorough with his products in laminate and vinyl flooring. Highly recommend this place, because as a newbie, i came out of this store a lot more knowledgable, and very happy.
Was there on Monday 12th and was helped to all my needs. Went back the following day and ran into the same person and she helped me get everything i needed with in 30 minutes. $1,300 worth of materials. Then her co worker and her teamed up to check me out with in 5 minutes. Savanna knows her stuff, and can get you what you need in minutes. Savanna and sienna together as a team, That’s awesome team work, They know each other well and make it easy for us customers. Thank you!
