Floor and Decor is a good store to buy the stuff for home renovation and stuff and decorating the home . The staff in this location is so good .. Britney helped me with getting my order sorted out fast and quick and she made things pretty feasible for me and I would like to go to this store again because of the staff like her .. great job
Service experience at this location was great. At the store two different representatives helped me with color and tile choices. I felt like I was their only customer and appreciated the help. A few days later I was worried I may have picked a grout color that didn't go (nerves) but I was out of town so couldn't go check. So I called the store and Christy actually took the time to compare the two grout colors against the tile and gave me opinions over the phone about what each grout color added to the look.
