We were looking for tile for our fireplace and walked into the Denton store about an hour before closing on October 22. We had a couple of questions and were delighted that Daniel and rRaine were there at the store. They were both so very helpful and kind and we appreciated that. We were so impressed that we called the manager to let him know what great service they provided.I would definitely go back and shop there again. It was a great experience.

I had an excellent experience with Belen when I was picking up my tile. She was extremely helpful, not only assisting me with the tile itself but also making sure I had everything else I needed — including the grout and the right amount of material for my project. I can't say enough about how helpful Branden was during the THREE separate times we visited the store. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchases. He is an incredible associate and we would go back again just to have him help us.

I recently placed an order for a bathroom remodel, and while on vacation I received texts and phone calls stating that the staff at Floor and Decor in Denton had given my contractor the wrong product. Unfortunately I had limited access, and the product had already been delivered to my client. Thankfully we were able to get the wrong product back to Floor and Decor and receive the correct items for my client.
