Had an exceptional customer service experience last week from Kristy. I was on the hunt for some product and scoping out the next "project", but couldn't find an associate when I had a quick question. I walked a few aisles over and met Kristy who appeared to be neck deep in some inventory duties. Bought online 50 tubes of colored silicon caulk for expansion joints in a highly visible area. Product arrived from a F & D store in Denton TX. Prep time was approx 40 hrs plus my time off. Next day after installing material, it had splits and cracks. Emailed F&D but didn’t hear back so called the manufacturer who said based on lot number it was three years out of date (it has an18 mo shelf life).
