This store should teach customer service lessons! I walked in the store and was greeted by Spencer. I had a daunting task and he put me at ease right away and made me feel like what I needed help with was no problem at all. I met Mike Mills by what I needed to purchase. Bought $2000 worth of tile today. My boyfriend was crabby and not interested. The difference in our shopping experience was Braiden. An amazing, helpful kid. He helped us pick out tile (had a good eye for it), had to go into the warehouse for certain items, helped us load everything on the cart and had us ready to go so that all we had to do was hand our credit card to the cashier.
