5 stars for Outstanding Customer Service for Andres A at the Coral Springs location. After 2 wks of searching; I needed to make a final decision; vinyl vs laminate plus the necessary accessories. He listened, very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He’s an excellent person for servicing customers. Clone him. Mission accomplished!!

I had to write about my experience at the desk. I was being assisted by Kristen and exemplary customer service, but Kristen and Aaron and I am very appreciative of their help. They got everything I needed for my project and we are all squared away and I even got an awesome discount on my discontinued tile. Worst experience I’ve had in this store, thanks to the managers Julia and Karen they should not be in charged of anything. Placed an order for pick up 24 hours prior to this store for stone that wasn’t in stock at my usual close by location, It was reviewed and approved by Karen the manager. To my surprise when I went to pick the order up it was short 10 boxes. I didn’t get no heads up that they are short 10 boxes on that 24 hours that supposedly Karen approved the order.
