Kevin at the register is so kind & friendly! Helped me both times I came here. Retail workers going above and beyond to be pleasant and welcoming is so rare it feels like these days that this goes a long way!
Do not order custom stair flooring when Kyle or Kevin is assisting you. We triple checked with him that our order was correct because this is a large custom order with no returns, and all three times he assured us, with an impatient bitter tone, that he had placed it correctly. Surely enough, $1400 worth of incorrect and non-returnable stair flooring was delivered to our house. Thanks to these two we now have wasted money and unusable material sitting in our living room. Something has got to give…I was planning on spending $800+ on tile for my home project but of course this location and other locations nearby don’t have the amount of tile we need in store/in stock. Sure enough, we go online and find it but only to be surprised at the checkout with a $250 shipping fee. I have to pay a shipping fee to your store?? Where you sell this product anyway?
