We placed an order (Order #SB029509609360302) and clearly told the associate multiple times that our business does not open until 8:30 AM. So many choices, Carl was extremely helpful with helping me choose tile for my bathroom and kitchen.
Jelani was thee kindest! First of all, we love the store we love all of the displays and samples the showroom is absolutely gorgeous! We were greeted by a very friendly staff included Louie- who is so helpful! We didn’t feel pressured by any means- in fact, everyone was eager to answer any questions, but luckily, we were guided and matched with Jelani!!! Super polite gentleman with answers to our questions ..we haven’t completed the job yet, but I look forward to working with him. Awesome vibe!
