We love love love this place! There selection is enormous and their staff is friendly and courteous. This is our go to place when we have tile projects.
Jamar was super helpful and professional today. Makes us want to come back for the next project! Dan (a manager) would not give us the 10% discount on our purchase after signing up for a credit card as he said the items we bought were already discounted, so we did not use the newly signed up credit card and will be canceling it.

We purchased a pallet of Optimax Cocoa Beach hybrid resilient flooring after browsing options at the Virginia Beach location. While the store itself is fine, the selection is great and the sales associates are helpful, these are the conclusions I came to after having just finished installation in our entire home: Pros: - Pretty - Affordable - Stock available, if we needed more Cons: - MASSIVE pain to install.
