We always have a great experience at Floor and Decor. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable.
Avoid this location – Predatory sales practices I purchased vinyl flooring from the Plano Floor & Decor, and it has been a nightmare. The salesperson was incredibly pushy about a specific item, which we later realized was a discontinued, defective product. The planks do not lock together, making them impossible to install. When I attempted a return, I was met with extreme hostility.
