Tons of tile options at the location in Plano! Love that you can bring samples home to see them in your own space. Best part is the customer service! Easy returns and great advice from Lakeiya Hunter. She suggested I simplify the design in my small space. It was the perfect advice! I also had great help with ordering by Rosie Esquivel at the ProDesk. She found what I needed at three different stores in DFW. She set-up the orders for easy pick-up to help save me the shipping fees. Your service rocks! Thank you, both!
I always love this place but I was disappointed that they didn’t have any cheaper options for a backsplash. I did find something I loved but paid $200 more than I wanted to. Hopefully, I can make a big return. They made checkout easy and made arranging for my contractor to pick up my order easy! That was a definite improvement.
Jing was AWESOME! I came in as a commercial vendor asking for advice and he was very thorough and detailed in explaining what i should do from start to finish. 10/10 customer service, I will be returning again.
Great selection of home remodeling needs, staff always read to assist, having a pro rewards account makes things much easier aswell!
