This was my first time shopping at Floor & Decor, and I walked in having absolutely no idea where anything was or where to begin. Martin, one of the designers, noticed right away that I could use some help and asked what I was looking for. After I explained what I needed, he quickly looked everything up on the computer, showed me where to find it, and then took it upon himself to grab the other items I needed and brought them to the counter. We have been thinking of remodeling a bathroom for a few years now, and on our second visit to their Camelback store today, we met Rene. She answered so many questions, found tile to match a unique tile we liked and showed us grout options, helped us to select our favorites and built our project in the website so we have a quote. It feels like we have a much better idea where we are going and we are looking forward to working with Rene to get all of our tile and supplies!
I'm in and out of the scottsdale store all the time, i work with david. Today I came into your camelback store and worked with jenny. This young lady should be given a raise. She was amazing, so helpful, so kind. She has clearly read a book on how to give the best customer service or it just comes natural. As I purchased several things, she made sure I understood my charges. We looked over the receipt together. She offered to help carry things to my car. If I had a store, I'd steal her ! Renee is awesome! She helped me find the perfect tile for a shower project. She even started a list that she texted me so I can come back and find the tile when I am ready to start my project.
