Fantastic experience at this store. We needed to source some tiles that were discontinued. I called ahead to ensure the tile was in stock. When I came in, multiple team members greeted us and asked how they could help. I cannot say other tile stores in the valley even come close to this level of assistance, especially MSI and Tanner. Will and Tyler were fantastic to work with. They ensured our pricing was correct and even offered to help load our tile into our car on a toasty 117 degree Arizona summer day.
