Love Floor and Decor in Skokie Illinois because of its products AND customer service. When we walked in we were greeted by Shola and directed to where we needed to be. In store, George noted our confusion and gave us further directions. After meandering about, we realized we needed more help and encountered Ada Gonzalez whose expertise, patience and suggestions made our visit productive and finalized our decision. Thank you Ada! Initially we were overwhelmed and nervous about our project, but thanks to you we are excited!
Fred is amazing! He had a depth of knowledge that really helped my family select all the needed tile for my home’s bathroom, kitchen and basement. He walked through every aisle and showed up all the different grout options that worked with our selections. If you need an expert who has an infinite amount patience and knowledge, find Fred.
