I bought flooring for a basement. The staff was very helpful (as you’d expect). My bigger concern was returning extra boxes. My contractor had some delays (what contractor doesn’t) and I was a few days over the return window (90 days). I brought in the extra boxes and Floor & Decor was VERY accommodating. Shout out to Lisa for her help! Any store can sell you a product. But a store that stands behind it to help is one I want to buy from again. Floor & Decor did and I’m thankful for that! Thanks Again!
Abe El Said went above and beyond our expectations!!! He took time to show us different options and was extremely patient. We walked in with no clue of how we would put our bathroom together and by the time we left, we already had a beautiful shower and floor put together! We highly recommend Abe for your next project!
Hello, I am currently at Floor & Decor in Arlington Heights, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The service has been very poor. Even the manager on duty was not helpful at all. The shipping staff made us wait for a long time, despite not being busy—they were just walking around. We have spent a lot of money here and brought them business, but after this experience, I will not be coming back. This was very disappointing, especially considering today’s date. We expected better treatment.
