Do not try to return any tiles not a part of a full box upon pain of death. You must suck it up and keep those 9 tiles in a box of 12 you have left over. Even if this tiles were 12 dollars a piece. So sorry sucker, you lose.
We bought tiles for a bathroom for our boys and they have such a large variety that we had a hard time picking. However, we found the best combination for shower and floor! TJ was especially helpful and patient with us! He explained everything throughly and took his time to show us everything and answer all of our questions. Super nice, helpful guy and a tile expert!
I went in to grab tile and asked 2 people for help. They both brushed me off and I was going to leave and then I found Anjelo. He was the BEST. If you’re going to this store, only work with him. He was amazing and apparently no one else wanted to work!!
Came in for the first time at this location. Chris Brinko helped me out at the Pro desk and couldn’t be happier I ran into him. Knows his stuff and extremely helpful. Looking forward to coming back moving forward.
