I am very grateful for the assistance I got at Floor and decor. Definitely need to recommend Santiago.They were very helpful, and made sure I was getting the correct product. I was helped my first day that I had to get a lot of trim for LVP, and had to go back two days running to fix a lot of things, including trying to figure out what my wife was talking about, and Santiago went above and beyond even when I walked in at 1759 on a Sunday. Very professional crew, excellent teamwork, and very helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience with Floor & Decor, specifically the store at Floor & Decor. 1200 arrowpoint dr Cedar Park 78613 I purchased vinyl flooring online and paid an outrageous $324.21 for delivery. While the cost was already excessive, I accepted it due to urgency. However, as of April 14, I still have not received my order. What is truly unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability. Does Floor and Decor is brand new and although it is pretty and well-organized the reason I like this location is because you can always count on getting help. I'm not going to point fingers or name names but there are some locations that are harder than others to get help with items should you need it. Especially as I'm about as strong as a cooked piece of spaghetti, occasionally I need help lifting boxes of tile and whatever else.
