Loading department was ridiculous today and the employee at the loading door needs more training or assigned to something else.
It was an absolute pleasure to get our flooring from Floor & Decor in Conyers. Every associate that we came in contact with, greeted, smiled, and/or asked if we needed any help. What a stalk difference from our less than stellar experience at the Floor & Decor near the Mall of Georgia a few years ago. Shout out to Janine and Ryan who helped us. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable!
Great customer service. I was helped by Terrence on Tuesday morning as I needed to get my materials pulled from the shelves and loaded on the truck quickly. I was trying to get back to the job before my tile guy. Terrence was very helpful in getting me taken care of, quickly getting me checked out and loaded with a great attitude and big smile. I was able to make it to the job with time to spare. Thanks Terrence.
