Bad experience on Friday afternoon Nov 7th 2025. The one and only cashier at the front of the store had no customer service training at all. She was assisting another customer with 30 or 40 boxes of tiles when I approached her check out line and I stood in line patiently waiting to purchase two samples of tile. Not sure what the issue was in front of me but the customer could see I only needed to purchase two pieces of tile and told the cashier to go ahead and take care of me and she refused to do so.
