Chad and his team are fantastic! They helped us step by step to get the flooring we were looking for that wasn't available in Chicago. They confirmed the quantity they had, then got us a sample right away to look at, we placed our order and received it within a week. Their customer service is some of the best we’ve experienced while shopping for new floors. Thank You for all you did to help us get the flooring of our dreams for our kitchen remodel.
We purchased a bathroom vanity from Floor and Decor and unfortunately it had a warped door. We called and reported this and the manager Chad was very responsive. He pulled a replacement part from an in stock product and personally delivered it to our home so we could complete our remodel. Very professional and did a great job making sure we were happy with the purchase. We will definitely shop here again!
