Visited Floor & Decor to check out the LVP flooring. They had a large selection of hardwood, LVP, stone, etc. “Sir Charles” (on name tag) came by and helped us, answered our many questions, helped us pick out quarter round to match, helped us calculate how much we needed. He was knowledgeable and very patient with us! I would definitely recommend Floor & Decor!
Chris and Miss Charline were so amazing! Definitely will be back!
EVERYONE…and when I say EVERYONE, I mean Every employee smiled, greeted us, asked if we were ok, and asked to help! They were SO kind and that was VERY special! Thanks for you guys’ help!!!!
Warehouse is very fast. I was told at the desk by Kelly that my order wasn’t ready yet, but Chris in the warehouse stepped in & got it done and even put it into my car for me within 15 mins!!! I’ve had troubles in the past with waiting for my order but it’s gotten so much better!!! Thank you all; my company appreciates it
