We went in to buy 2200 sq foot of tile. Their cost was $4.99 a square foot. We spoke with Frank and he told us he would give us 15% off. We found a better price for the EXACT SAME TILE and took them the proof to price match. They claimed that the website was FAKE and that they cannot price match. Then Frank went back on his word and said he only offered us .20 cents off per tile. Do not do business with these people. They are con artists!!
Amazing experience
Your store in Lutz is fantastic! Brandyn and Adrian were VERY helpful. I also want to say that customer service in Summerfield, Fern and Lutz, Fl are all equally great! Kudos to consistency in training your employees to not only know the product, but really listen to their customers, and excel in service!!
