Jessica at the Midlothian store was excellent! She made our experience great! Her knowledge, experience and how she took time with us was outstanding. We will be back to work with her!!
Julian was very helpful in helping me figure out the various types of flooring that would matched my home renovation project. He was very polite, patient and professional. I was very indecisive about color selection and he patiently help me pick through Floor Decor’s plethora of color and style choices. I found what need and am very happy, thanks to Julian’s outstanding customer service!
This place never let me down. We had an appointment for 1 hr. with a design expert. Jessica Mayberry is the person you want to help you bring your vision to light. She was very pleasant, patient and gave us alot of ideas that we didn't think of. She listened to what we had in mind and didn't force anything on us. I will definitely be back to see her for all of our flooring and vanities. Thanks again Jessica at Hancock Village!!!
