I just had the best experience today at Floor and Decor. They had everything I needed and I love the layout of the store. What made it above and beyond today was Gabriella. From the time they called her to help me till the time I drove away, her customer service was just the best. She was patient, thorough and considerate and I was so grateful for her help. Experiences like this with Gabriella will have us coming back for all of our projects!

I had a wonderful experience buying my bathroom tiles here! They have a great selection of beautiful tiles to choose from, and I was really impressed with the variety. The employees are very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, which made the process so much easier. On top of that, their customer service is excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tiles and outstanding service!
