5 Stars for Glen Burnie, MD Floors & Decor. Angela and Melina assisted me in finding and selecting coordinating tile for my bathroom. They helped me in thirty minutes or so what would have taken me hours by myself. Their guidance and opinions were very helpful. And Maurice was very helpful and knowledgable about the tile ratings. So many times in big box stores the employees can’t be found or they’re not familiar with the inventory. Not so at this Floors & Decor, thanks to their employees. Highly recommend!
Walked in on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted. Had an idea of what I wanted online but the selection in person was way more expansive than I expected with so many great options it was kind of overwhelming but the prices were so great that I knew I’d be taking recent order back to Home Depot. Did a bathroom remodel and shopped here, Home Depot and Lowe’s. This place had way more specialized and better tools, but beyond that it was always so much more of an enjoyable shopping experience. Shelves didn’t have random stuff in the wrong place and if they were out of something you could find a knowledgable employee instead of a part timer that doesn’t care. Best of all the return process was EASY and hassle free (unlike Home Depot and Lowe’s was by far the worst return experience).
Matt was very helpful and helped us figure out how much quantity we needed as well as making sure we had all of the necessary supplies. Definitely recommend!
