Kudos out to Terri D'Agostino. She helped me pick out the vinyl flooring.my contractor will be purchasing from floor and decor. She is very knowledgeable and I felt she helped me make a good decision.
In August 2025, the in store staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when we redid the flooring (541 sf) and backsplash in our kitchen. Unfortunately, within four months five planks of luxury vinyl flooring (we had professionally installed by a well know local contractor with decades of experience) began to separate at the ends. My mother and I had gone in to pick up more of the tile we bought a week ago from a display, Terri I believe came over with a disgusting attitude my mother had asked for the tile from the display, she immediately says it’s discontinued, (but how if a week ago we had bought the same one) we continued to ask if it was possible to check our account to see if it was a different style, and she continued to say with a nasty tone “it’s discontinued”.
