Mark has seen me in the store a few times in the past 3 weeks, and has patiently guided me through tile choices. He is knowledgeable and kind. When I asked about a finish on the Thassos tile, he enlisted the help of the ProTeam. Both Jared and Rich went out of their way to help me figure out if the muted finish on a display tile was the sealer or the grout release used. Our personal design consultant, Christine Dennis, at Bohemia, was exceptional. She was energetic, professional, courteous, and her attention to detail was outstanding. She basically designed our entire bathroom as well as shop for all the materials needed from floor to ceiling. This is a review for F&D as a company, not this particular store. Buyer be ware! Never in my life have I had such a frustrating experience simply trying to cancel an order. Online shoppers should know - the F&D system does not provide a way to cancel an order. For background, I called F&D Customer Service to place an order with a human but was told I could only order online as I needed the double vanity delivered to my home. Fine. We went to Floor & Decor in Bohemia and met several times with Christine Dennis who was our Design consultant. She was wonderful! I was so overwhelmed with all the choices and had a hard time making a decision. Christine was so kind and patient and extremely helpful. With her knowledge and expertise, she made our experience a great one!
