Went to Floor & Decor back in May 2025 and Rob R took care of me answering any questions I had and gave great recommendations with the LVP that I ended up buying. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product and time he spent showing me different options. When it was time to buy bathroom tiles (floors) I went back and had Rob help me out again! Christian is awesome at the Bohemia store!
Store is big, neat and clean. Very well laid out and essy to find what you are looking for, ehich is a good thing, because the entire time we were there, about 45 minutes, nobody asked us if we needed help or even acknowledged us. Wentvto the checkout, 2 cashiers open, one on her phone, never looked up, and we went to the other cashier who was finishing up with a customer.
I was thinking how great if i can walk into a floor and, tile store , Find great staff with great products . I must mention Jared , John as well as Earnest . Each person brought a positive experience. I’m in customer service, I can appreciate good customer service i received today . Thank You !
