I purchased 1200 square feet worth of vinyl flooring and underlayment. My husband and I picked the flooring we loved, and the sales associate that helped us directed us towards what underlayment to have installed underneath. Laura and the managers team is amazing and phenomenal, they helped me so much in a situation I was in with dealing with another store in another state and they resolved the situation for me, and really cared and helped me out!!!!!! Very very happy with the them and there customer service with genuinely helping me!!!!
The customer service at the store is extremely lacking. It appears the employees have not been properly trained. Unfortunately they’re installation. Service had me order my materials. In addition to just the Tile and the person who placed the order did not pull the right items and as a result, my installation contractor had to go back to the store numerous times for the right items.
