Wow, what a selection of flooring and more!
Annette’s customer service left something to be desired. When I walked up, she was reading a book, and after she checked me out, I asked if they had any bags for all of my items. She seemed put out by the question and was just plain cold in her response. On top of that, they don't have bags available, so I had to carry everything out to my car in my hands. Super annoying, and the experience bugged me enough to write a review, which I don't do often.
Would give negative stars if I could. I bought several boxes of lvp. One of the boxes had 8 damaged planks which is more than half of the box. We tried to return those planks for a refund or replacement which we were told no because it wasn’t a full box but the other 3 planks were installed. They had horrible customer service and the manager seemed bothered that we had even asked for a return or refund.
Large selection of all kinds of floor/wall covers. Impressive displays. Kudos to an Larry, installer who offered his expertise for our project.
Dustin was amazing, very knowledgeable and willing to walk us through all the installation processes and benefits to their different projects. Thank you!!
