David Mendoza was so helpful! I don't know the first thing about carpentry or flooring, etc.. but he made it easy to find what I needed. He also has a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend being helped by this employee!
We had a great experience with The Flooring Guys , The LVP has a lifetime warranty and our installer did a great job! The sales rep, Logan, helped us pick out a carpet that was perfect for our needs. He was really knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell us. The muscular guy built like a Greek God (Sean) who took the measurements, has it down to a science almost zero waste. Terrible experience very sloppy work. I paid a lot of money to have hardwood floors installed in two of my bedrooms. The installers got glue all over the floors left major gaps came back did not clean any of it up or seal the gaps. They also took the excess flooring that I paid for and left. It took me calling Flooring Guys three times to get someone to come back and try to fill the gaps and clean the glue off of the floors. still wasn’t able to get all the glue off of the floors. They look terrible.
