Prior to visiting floor and decor we knew nothing about The latest features and benefits of vinyl floor covering. We were fortunate to meet Micheal who carefully explained the performance of the floor coverings based on the different vinyl products. Thank you, Micheal for your great assistance in helping us make a knowledgeable purchase.
Ashton from warehouse did an excellent job and was super respectful when delivering the tile to my Lamborghini.
A young man name Aaron was our customer service representative employee. He was very. Very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He is diffently a 5 star employee!! We will definitely be going back for our flooring needs!

If I give this place 0 star,I would The customer service is awful,we bought LVP and after installing it,we face lots of issues I don’t know how they sell poor quality product with very higher price. The customer service people very very rude and they don’t want to listen any problem They are not professional
