This is our go-to Floor & Decor store! Ilse was fantastic—she went above and beyond to help us complete our purchase and coordinate the pickup. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process easy. Highly recommend this location!

Sarah provided outstanding service in processing my order, including patiently reviewing the grout choices and verifying the required tile quantity based on my SF requirements. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Tina (cashier) and Willie (store manger) were true professionals, friendly and kind. They both rendered exceptional customer service. My sale associate Theo was the best he was knowledgeable about the product he displayed kindness and patience throughout the process. Joe also assisted me and was very helpful with providing product knowledge. Such an Awesome Team!
I love going here because the inventory is amazing and you can see exactly what you are getting. Have found just the tile I have been looking for every time and the color options are fantastic. You can also order online if you can't find it in the store. The store I went to in Virginia Beach several years ago had the most helpful staff you could ask for.
