Our kitchen flood that affected the downstairs area as well, for the renovations, we needed a lot of flooring, including backsplash and additiinal tile. Victoria at Bridgeton location was amazing. The process that took the South County location three weeks and numerous days awaiting bid approvals from managers was remarkably condensed to 30 minutes upon making the call to that branch. Absolutely loved my expierence with Floor & Decor. I was having a hard time finding somewhere to look at samples in person and they had such a great selection. I was able to buy individual tiles for samples to bring them home to test and then once I chose a tile, I went back and returned the samples I didn’t need and bought all that I needed for my project. In stock! Definitely very happy with my expierence and all the staff.
Great experience. Worked with Victoria Craig from the design services for our entire new home tile and hardwood floor. She’s amazing!
