My husband and I had an amazing experience that could have easily gone wrong if we didnt have such an amazing team at Floor & Decor to assist us. From the returning of Tile with Bryant, the search for tile replacements with Magan and the checkout with VJ. We were met with nothing but kindness and smiling faces. This will continue to be where we go for All our remodel needs. Thank you all for such 5 star customer service!!
Perfect store for ALL tile work. Mostly because of all the examples on display. The options and inventory they have is immensely huge, while everything is organized and sorted according to the classifications of the tile, or it's designation. The staff was friendly, and almost everyone had knowledge of the material. Prices are considerably cheap, compared to Home Depot or Lowe's!
