Great selection of tile, but picking up any order from the pro desk is nearly always 30+ minutes. There’s got to be a better way. Anytime I pick up from Lowe’s I’m in and out in less than 10 mins. Do better Floor and Decor.
VJ was the customer service pro who helped us with our purchase order. He was so helpful and informative and helped us find a specialty piece that was almost gone! He had such a fun attitude and made the process so much easier. He coordinated with the back storage to find us what we needed. Thank you so much!!! Ten stars!!!
