First and foremost, the selection and customer service can't be beat! We are downsizing and fully renovating our condo. I booked a design appointment with Miranda and could not be more pleased with her patience and suggestions. She's a gem! Just as incredible is Colton. He's helped us with a custom order, return, and so much more. He's there every time we go into the store and could not be easier to work with. So far we have had excellent customer service from Colten. We are living in another state and trying to make selections best we can to provide to our contractor. He has been sending us pictures via email a as well as responding in a timely fashion to help meet our deadlines. This has greatly decreased the stress of our selection process from afar.
