I went last night about an hour and a half before closing with my husband to try to pick out flooring and the staff could not be more helpful. Initially, Ben assisted us looking at the hardwood flooring section. When we wandered into the NuCore section Colten showed us all the pros and cons of each one, spending upwards of 30 minutes to help us with our concerns. I really appreciated the time they both spent with us and it helped us so much!
Good customer service and good communication skills of the team and staff
First and foremost, the selection and customer service can't be beat! We are downsizing and fully renovating our condo. I booked a design appointment with Miranda and could not be more pleased with her patience and suggestions. She's a gem! Just as incredible is Colton. He's helped us with a custom order, return, and so much more. He's there every time we go into the store and could not be easier to work with.
