A frustrating experience and misleading information I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Floor & Decor Gilroy. Early this year, a sales representative convinced me to purchase 10% extra material, assuring me that I could return it even after the 90-day period, as long as the boxes remained unopened. Great selection on tiles and flooring
I had a great experience at the new Floor & Decor location in Gilroy, CA. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They assisted me in selecting the right tools and materials for my project and made sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by helping load the heavy items into my vehicle—something you don’t always get at other stores.
