Professional licensed contractor here, do not do business with them! Most previous product experience was very disappointing. We’ve done a lot of business in the past, but this time they were not willing to make right on their product mistake. Bought premixed grout and opened the sealed bucket and it was rock hard. Manager said because it was purchased more than a few days ago he could only exchange. I explained it was sealed and kept in an air conditioned house since it was bought. I bought t a 5 gallon bucket of crystal Evo grput, and was told the wrong mixing instructions and the entire bucket was ruined. I returned it to Floor and Décor with an explanation of what happened, and they very graciously gave me a new bucket Thank you very much, Doris and Doreen from the Whitehall Floor and Decor
